Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

The solid wood house with two accommodation units in total is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. Each floor consists of one accommodation unit. The ground floor apartment is accessible. The ski areas Filzmoos, Flachau/Wagrain and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amade“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

This detached chalet is quietly located with a beautiful wide view and is fully equipped for a large group.  The cozy kitchen is fully furnished and has a large dining table. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room where the windows in the bay window give a nice view of the surrounding garden and surroundings. The sauna is on the lowest floor, next to the relaxation area with, among other things, foosball and toys.
