With its spacious design and comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere, this 40m² apartment in the centre of San Sebastian is ideal for families, professionals and couples looking for a relaxed base to get to know and enjoy the city. Located on the first floor of a romantic building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the attractions of the city are just a few steps from the apartment: The cathedral of the Good Shepherd, Loyola Street and its shops, the San Martin shopping center, the beach of La Concha, the Old Part, the mole/metro station... All that San Sebastian offers in a 5-minute walk. Completely renovated in 2018, the apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed and a modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, hob, washer and dryer, iron, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Available high chair and baby cot. The car is not necessary, except if you are interested in excursions in the surroundings (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). Public parking is available 24 hours a minute at the driver's expense. It consists of low floors with garden, porch, kitchen-dining room open to living room and a small toilet. On the top floor there is a large bathroom with shower, and 3 beautiful bedrooms, from one of them you can access the farmhouse, but the main access is on the ground floor. It has a garden of 100 meters for private use where you can eat surrounded by nature.

Tiene grandes ventanales que dan a un patio de manzana luminoso pero silencioso. Tiene una habitación de matrimonio con cama de 1,60*200 cm con baño en suite. Además dispone de un espacio único en el que está el salón con 2 sofás cama de 135*190 cm cada uno y la cocina abierta. Dispone de otro segundo baño completo con ducha.
