"La Granadilla", built in 2016, is part of our "Finca Sommerwind". It has a double- and a singlebed, each with orthopedic mattrasses. In the kitchen you find a fridge and an induction cooker. Spacious apartment in the best area of Ibarra in Citadel Jardín. The apartment was remodeled a few months ago and is located in a totally safe area and has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Fully furnished rooms and a fully stocked kitchen. A few meters away is the "Ibarra Tennis Club" where for an extra cost you can enter and make use of your facilities such as: pool, jacuzzi, whirlpool, tennis courts, gym, etc.

Cottage Kikimba- Private house in beautiful garden

This small antique cabin, has an old wood oven and in the garden a very beautiful old stone cross, old trees such as guava and a coconut that do not bear fruit due to the climate. The cabin is rustic, has a small fireplace(if you'd like some firewood let me know its a small fee extra) and through the windows you can see gorgeous plants, it is comfortable and the only thing that is shared is the garage.
