Perfect for a couple looking for their own privacy and looking to get comfortable. Located in Vailima in a safe neighborhood with a great sea view and good neighbors. Close to many restaurants (The Curry House, Teuane Cafe, The Pickled Lam, Kokobanana, Giordanos, etc). Less than 10 minutes drive away from town. Freshly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, 2 outdoor deck areas (upper & lower) + private patio for 2 located upstairs. Dining area + lounge, 2x bathrooms, laundry with washer & dryer. Access to pool at local resort (20 metres walk). Air Conditioning in Lounge & Master Bedroom, Fans in remaining bedrooms.

Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Secluded and set back off the road with a private fenced yard. This is half of our duplex. We also rent the 2 bedroom side or both sides together for more privacy and room for larger groups! Quiet & conveniently located! Only a 15 minute drive to Apia city center. 4-8 minute drive to attractions like the Tuanaimato Sports Complex, Papaseea Sliding Rocks, Faleata Golf Course, Apia Samoa Temple, Grocery & other shopping and eating locations.

Fale Mailani is a newly build 2-bedroom house in Nuu, close to Vaitele Fou. Both bedrooms and the living area have A/C. Rental car available on demand. 15 minutes car ride away from Apia centre and easy to take the bus to the centre. In Vaitele Fou you can find supermarkets, small shops, a local market etc. On the same land, there are 3 other private houses, used by my family. Great way to discover the Samoan culture. Parking onsite.
