The house is in the village of Artemonas, which is famous for its old, authentic big properties of the island. A parking place is at a distance of 150 mts. of the house. It is close to the main square of the village and the bus station. Bakery and supermarket are also around as well as typical restaurants. The sea is accessible by bus at a distance of 20 to 60 min. Apollonia is the town for night life with bars and restaurants. At Sifnos one can enjoy trekking, beaches and beautiful nature.

The area is built on a rock mountain and has a beautiful rocky beach called Eftamartyros right underneath it and a pebble beach near by, called Seralia! Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει και ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης στα 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι. Το αμάξι δεν πηγαίνει έως έξω από το κατάλυμα, για να φτάσετε στο σπίτι θα χρειαστεί να ακολουθήσετε μονοπάτι 30 μέτρων.
