On one level, it has an independent entrance to an enclosed courtyard (useful if you have bikes)... The apartment consists of a very well-equipped kitchenette/dining area and a separate bedroom, with 1 comfortable bed (160×200cm) + 1 bathroom/wc. It is open to a large terrace, well exposed for lazing around🌞😎
