Cozy, fresh and modern accommodation located in the center of Åre village. OBS! Age limit min 28 years or in the company of parents. Large apartment of 72 square meters, two bedrooms and open floor plan between kitchen/living room. Balcony, sauna, washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet are available in apt. Ski storage with shower, toilet and storage on change days. Sheets and towels are brought by the tenant. Wi-Fi (fiber). Parking space available for rent (max 1 car). Cleaning can be purchased for (about SEK 1,500) otherwise there is cleaning equipment in the apartment.

The apartment with very high standards and beautiful views of Åresjön, Åre and Renfjället. The apartment has 4 beds of which 2 in the sofa bed in the living room and 2 in the separate bedroom. Kitchen and dining area is integrated into living room with glazed balcony. The apartment is incredibly fresh and luxurious. The large panoramic windows facing Åresjön, Åre and Renfjället on the other side really give the feeling of being in the middle of Swedish beautiful mountain world. Renovated cosy log cabin

Totally renovated Härbre (small log cabin) located only 2000 meters (15 min walk) from the World Championships 8th, which is the largest lift in the ski system. It is about 3000 meters (30 -40 min walk) to Åre Square and train station. The shelter is originally from the year 1850 but in 2018 the cottage was moved and has been completely renovated into a modern and cozy cottage. In addition to the fantastic location in the middle between Åre and Tegefjäll, the shelter offers sauna, fireplace and views over both Åreskutan and Renfjället.

The rice tray in Åre municipality is a paradise in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the fire pit, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is located just outside the living room window, with possibility of fishing. Hunting terrain in the hills and mountains all around. Amazing view out to the sea and Åreskutan. 12km to Järpen city center Possibility of cross country skiing in light trail, swimming pool and Curlinghall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. A stone's throw from Åre village with its selection of restaurants and stores. Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Skidbussen, Train station etc. In the summer it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre roller coaster that takes you to the ski system. Otherwise 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop plastic.

A cosy apartment downstairs in private house. Walking distance to the lifts that bind together Duved and Tegefjäll. Fully own fully equipped home with own entrance. 200 meters to ski lift, 100 meters to local bus, 2000 meters to grocery store. Parking space is at the house. The accommodation is best suited for 2 people or small family as it gets crowded when the sofa bed is unfolded. Not allowed to bring pets.
