Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

You live in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed(2.70m x 2m). Cosy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, pool for shared use outdoors. During the winter months, we operate our sauna. In the you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Including local tourist tax.

Welcome to our new lovingly furnished apartment welcome to our new lovingly furnished apartment. The property for rent is located on the ground floor of our newly built single-family house in 2020. The apartment itself was completed in September 2021. We live in an idyllic secluded location but still in direct proximity to the mountains or Lake Constance and are therefore the ideal starting point to discover the beautiful Allgäu.
