Spacious 4 1/2 room apartment with 98sqm space

Centrally located, everything important can be reached within minutes. Good access to traffic and public transport with nearby bus stop, yet very quiet. On foot you are in 10 minutes in the center of Ascona. In the additional fees, the additional fees are mandatory. Tourist taxes included. Please make sure to observe check-in instructions via app or Airbnb website, all information including Pictures are visible there. Unfortunately, there are no PP on the premises, but paid public blue zones are nearby.

Newly renovated and well equipped , the studio is near family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center, tourist attractions ( Madonna del Sasso), Cardada cable car, mini market. You’ll love this place because of the neighbourhood, the coziness, the wonderful view of lago maggiore and the mountains arround, the free parking, you can enjoy sunbathing in the garden.
