HURRICANE NOTE: We have power, water, hot water, wifi and cool mountain air. Our road is fine and businesses in the area are opening back up and wishing visitors to return. Tiny home cabin, set in a grove of trees yet minutes to downtown Boone. Intimate two-person hot tub. Propane fireplace, two mini-split ac/heaters, two tv's fully loaded, full size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, loft with queen bed. Covered porch with grill and hot tub, fire pit out back.

Enjoy our cabin located on the bank of the New River. This newly renovated property sits within steps of the water. Bring your kayaks, tubes, and fishing gear and prepare to relax. Our home has a large deck area overlooking the river. We have high speed internet at the property with a smart TV in the den. Please note that the home does not have central air, but the home rarely gets above 74 degrees in the summer. We do have a window AC unit in each bedroom for cool sleeping.

We are closed for the season. Hurricane relief volunteers may find lodging by calling the Lansing (NC)Town Hall. Overlook the north fork of the New River from this cozy tiny cabin. From the riverside lawn you can fly fish, kayak, enjoy a campfire, or go on a lovely peaceful walk on a one-lane road along the river. The cabin is a 10-minute drive from the small charming town of Lansing with walking trails, park, and a cultural arts center, where pottery lessons can be arranged.
