Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. The Ashley House

In 2022, the house was updated with a new bathroom, new foam gel mattresses, flooring, plumbing, smoke and CO2 alarms, AC, and a game cleaning station. The attached garage has a refrig/freezer and a deep fryer for those tasty fish fries. Surrounding Ashly is a sportsmen paradise. McIntosh County is populated with pot hole prairie lakes which provide abundant fishing, migratory water fowl and upland bird hunting. In 2022 & 2023, North Dakota stocked over 607K walleye in McIntosh County.

Melrose Central is a ranch style, 4 bedroom home near landmarks in our community. The main floor has a kitchen w/ new appliances, living room, 2 bedrooms w/ King beds, a full bathroom, a half bath as well as a 1 stall, heated, attached garage. Downstairs you will find an area for laundry, 2 bedrooms, a shower room & a common area. We are close to Central HS, NSU, Walmart, Target & the main business strip.
