Detached house with panoramic view

The home is bright and pleasant with good window surfaces. There are beautiful panoramic views of the sea towards Bergen city centre and surroundings. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 large bathrooms with polished natural stone flooring. The kitchen is 22 m2, has a view in three directions and a direct exit to terrace no. 1. From the kitchen there is an open solution to spacious living room of 45 m2 with glass sliding door out to terrace no. 2. I prefer that guests wash out themselves. There is a cleaning fee of 2 000 kr, which is refundable if you wash out yourself.

Cozy and nice little apartment in a decent location with sun and sea view, short distance to bus stop, 20-30 min to Bergen city center. (15 km) . 700 meters to grocery store. Living room/bedroom: 1 bed size 120x200 cm with the possibility of an extra field bed if needed, sofa, chair and coffee table . Plenty of closet space. Bathroom with massage/steam shower, private entrance, kitchen with most things you need, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer. Coffee table in kitchen with 2 dining areas. TV without channels, must be connected by phone.

Lovely home completely at the sea.

Take great walks on the pebble beach, play golf, zip-lanes, frisbee golf, swimming beaches, seafood restaurant (Bilologen). Herdla has a rich history and there are many attractions that can be explored. Visit the Herdla Fort, the airport that the Germans built during World War II, the top-redo battery museum and Herdla church. Ligger sentralt i Alver/Bergen sentrum/mongstad. 25 min til bergen. Busstopp og restauranter 5 min fra huset. You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Older single-family home with charm and a wonderful panoramic view of Bergen. 2 double beds (180 and 150 cm) and a 120 cm bed divided into three rooms on the second floor. Washing machine available for stays of 10 days+. Large outdoor areas with flats and lawn, sun all day. 25 minutes drive by car to Bergen city center, and 25 minutes drive to Flesland airport. 7 minutes drive to Kleppestø quay with parking and fast boat /bus to Bergen city center.
