Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

Personally decorated, beautiful, cozy and well-functioning holiday home close to beach, forest and beautiful natural areas. Great for a boyfriend trip, cozy up with girlfriends, or a little get away for peace and quiet. Our little farm is in the middle of nature. You'll like it because of the coziness, location, silence, and view. Our place is good for couples, families with kids. Possibility of extra furnishings in both rooms. We have plenty of petting friendly animals and baby animals, trampoline, swing stand, sandbox and fire pit. The farm was originally built in 1773, and most rooms are way over 100 years old so there are crooked doors and windows. We're constantly improving the amenities.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
