Peaceful Southern Charm has great views. An abundance of space with a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, dishwasher, small countertop convection oven and coffee. Southern Charm is fabulous for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 6 PERSON MAXIMUM. There are a total of 3 large rooms and a spacious bathroom. Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.

Athens Retreat: Comfort + Location!

Athens Retreat is located two miles from Sanford Stadium in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This is a fully furnished and well appointed house with all the amenities you need to cheer on the Dawgs, celebrate graduation, or attend a wedding. We continue to make improvements with a new tub/ tile in the hall bath, fresh paint/crown molding in bedrooms AND new appliances. Best of all, we now have hardwood floors throughout. Plus, there is a new 65" TV in the "Dawg Cave" downstairs den.
