Great Lake House right on Lake Lanier. 12 beds (including a queen and a double), great for large groups and families! Free parking for 6 cars in front of the house. Plenty of shopping, Super Target, Super Walmart, B.J.'s, Costco , Dick's Sporting Goods, etc. Lost of restaurants close by; $ to $$$. Only 20 minutes from Atlanta! Remodeled home on Lake Allatoona - only land between our home and the lake is property owned by the Army Corp of Engineers. You can walk down to the lake and enjoy the sights and sounds. Speaking of sounds you will faintly hear train horns on occasion throughout the day and night (sound travels across the lake). The house is open and bright, it faces South so plenty of light even in winter. Enjoy sitting on the deck or in the covered patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

Located on Lake Allatoona. The Carriage House borders Corp of Engineers property. Take a 1 minute walk down a path to my dock. Fish, swim, kayak or bring a small boat. Lake Point Sports Complex is a convenient 20 minutes away. Visiting athletes will find the commute to Lake Point Sports pleasant through back roads. After a long day on the fields the quiet setting will provide much needed peace and quiet. Winter is peaceful with lovely light. Very private and quiet wooded setting.
