Little Brookfield. Lovely accommodation in a tranquil private setting on the Pepe River, close to the Pepe bridge/walkway. Healthy, quality HRV home with total house filtered water system and double glazing. A private wing with it's own entrance. Has a queen AND a twin bedroom,(porta-cot available), both opening onto the covered deck with a river view outdoor furniture and bbq, a well appointed bathroom with separate toilet, and a laundry/ kitchenette. Our bach comes complete with everything needed for a beach holiday, weekend retreat or romantic getaway. An easy 10 minute stroll to local cafe or ten minute drive to Parua Bay cafes, 4 square and gas station and the infamous Parua Bay Tavern. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.
