The Losenbauerhütte is located at an altitude of 1,650 m above sea level, in the middle of the beautiful Tauplitzalm, the largest lake high plateau in Central Europe. It originally dates back to 1503 and has been completely renovated with much love in 2008. It is luxuriously equipped: gas central heating, underfloor heating on the ground floor, sauna, quaint, spacious kitchen-living room with tiled stove, 2 large bedrooms with open fireplace as well as a large terrace.

Comfortable single room near the lake

Our home is a three-generation home. On each floor is an apartment that is inhabited by friendly people. Sometimes it gets a bit turbulent because of the children. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The routes to the bakery, the ice cream parlour, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town centre.

Traditional, newly renovated Ausseer house which is only a few meters about 5-10 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Grundlsee. From the house you have a beautiful picturesque view of the lake and the massive mountains. On the sun terrace or in the sauna you can end the day comfortably. Sufficient space for up to 8 people. Directly from the house there are numerous hiking trails and mountain bike trails and the nearest ski area in winter is only a few kilometers away.
