I’ll be leading you step by step from the very beginning so that you'll be able to discover and taste all the ingredients needed. You will master the skills to make the traditional pasta Carbonara everywhere, at anytime. We’ll make the Spaghetti from scratch! At the end of our cooking experience we'll enjoy our Carbonara together with a good glass of local Italian wine or some prosecco.

We'll start with the incredible Arena, a Roman amphitheater older than the Colosseum and still used today! Then, we'll continue along Via Mazzini, where most tourists notice the beautiful shops, but where we'll notice details and unique stories. We will then enjoy the lively Piazza Erbe, with its market and its picturesque buildings, and Piazza dei Signori, considered "the living room of Verona" for its elegance. In its buildings you can read all the history of Verona: the remains of the Roman city, the first 12th century Romanesque town hall, the first residence of the Scala family (XIV century), the 15th century Loggia di Frà Giocondo, the lions of San Marco placed by the Venetians when the city was annexed to the Serenissima and then chiseled away by Napoleon's troops, the Statue of Dante erected to reaffirm our Italian culture and language in the Austrian era, and finally the entry into the kingdom of Italy: all the history of Verona enclosed in this single Piazza! After having also seen the Scala family Tombs (the monumental tombs of the Lords of Verona), we'll pass to the neighboring medieval inner courtyards, as suggestive as only the ancient corners can be, and we'll finally end with the famous Casa di Giulietta, with its balcony and the statue of Juliet, among the most visited single monuments in the whole world. We'll start with a unforgettable walk in the vineyard, telling the family history of our winery and estate. We'll see the old traditional drying room where the grapes are air dried using Appassimento, a technique for which Amarone is known around the world, followed by a visit to the authentical ancien cellar for vinification and refinement. I explain you how we make our Great Red Wines. The experience finishes with a tasting togheter of a selection of our three fine wines, learning the evaluation by sight, smell, and taste. We'll enjoy the wine with bread and our organic oil, local cheese called Monte Veronese, fresh and aged and local cured meats of Valpolicella, Soppressa. We offer you half day sailing school experience, along the Northern Coasts of Garda Lake. The departure is from the San Nicolò harbour in Riva del Garda.The first stop is near the Ponale waterfalls where you can enjoy a refreshing swim; then we will continue south towards the town of Limone, a stunning city on the west coast surrounded by the old yellow lemonaries. Here we have time for a sneak on board while the captain crosses the Lake towards the east coast, where we will admire the Castle of Malcesine. Before returning to the San Nicolò harbour port we will sail along the windy beach of Navene and Torbole. The fleet includes 5 sailing boats (from 8 m. up to 11 m.) equipped with all comforts and private bathroom on board. In case of bad weather, the experience can be postponed in agreement with guests. NOTE: bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, hat, and beach towel; in the low season bring gloves, a hat, and a rain jacket.

Are you passionate about mountains and would like to reach more demanding heights? Via Ferrata tracks runs through a rocky terrain equipped with metal stepladder and wires which make the progression easier and fun. From the meeting point we will drive shortly to the parking place; then we will reach the via ferrata by a walking approach. After a quick briefing, about the gear and the safety rules we have to observe, we will learn the correct rope manoovers and climbing techniques enjoying the amazing Dolomites landscape!

Horseback riding on the hills of Lake Garda is an hour-long horseback riding. A pleasant horseback ride through the hills of Lake Garda, along hilly paths that alternate between woods and vineyards. For those who are not so experienced, or are beginners, no problem, our horse riding are suitable for all. The guide will help you ride and get familiar with the horse. For those who are enjoying a very first experience with horse riding, we introduce the tour with a previous half-an-hour saddle up lesson (plus 12,00 €), that has to be reserved in advance; then you will be able to enjoy the horseback. During the horseback tour you can admire the surrounding landscapes, enjoying the tranquility of this unique experience with our horse friends. The walk starts on the hills on Valtenesi, in a pleasant natural surroundings; during the tour you’ll join panoramic view point. For experienced people, you can ask for a longer experience of 2 hours. For families with children under 14 y.o (the minimum age to take part to) we even offer ‘’a carriage ride experience’'.

After a visit to the archive - we have more than 200,000 archived letters here and we receive new ones every day! - you’ll be ready to become a Juliet Secretary. According to your native language, we will give you some of the letters addressed to Juliet. You will open them and read them discovering love stories from every corner of the world. Then we will have some coffee and we will discuss what to answer. Now it's your turn to write a letter! Signed and sealed, the letters are ready for delivery. Other things to note: Juliet Club receives letters from all over the world written in dozens of different languages. I will try to give you at least 1 letter in your native language but this is not always possible, in particular when it comes to less spoken languages. Becoming Juliet’s Secretaries can really be one of the most thrilling and moving experiences in the matter of love and will help to support this unique tradition.

Through this class, we'll let you into the pasta and rice world. With us, you'll learn the ancient art of dough and the main traditional preparations, from noodles to dumplings. You'll learn how to make custom recipes that are timeless. We'll teach you how to put away the pasta with the classic, all-mannered technique, and through the hand fryer. We'll also share the secrets of a perfect risotto and delicious gnocchi. What you'll do with your own hands during the course, you can taste it with the typical wines of the surrounding area, such as the Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto Spumante. Enter our home, breathe in the atmosphere of Italian cuisine, and bring it with you when you return home to impress your guests! In each class, you can learn to create two of the dishes, gnocchi and tagliatelle, or dumplings and risotto. The course will take place in two languages: Italian and English.

Corte Odorico is a small family business including the farm, a winery and two tourist apartments. The intention of our tasting tour is to let you immerse in the history of our family and of the Valpolicella Classica. The tour begins by showing you the vineyards surrounding Corte Odorico, managed by our family from three generations, from which we produce our wines. The tour continues with the visit to appassimento room and the cellar, to tell you about the craft techniques and barrel refinement, techniques that make Valpolicella's wines unique. Finally, we'll go to the tasting room, which comes from a mix of natural materials like tuff, wood, and iron. Here our purpose is to stop time for a few hours, and to share with you the history and aromas of our wines, Valpolicella, Ripasso, and Amarone della Valpolicella Classici. The wines will be paired with a platter of local products, such as cheeses and salami, each carefully selected in conjunction with our wines. A day of hiking to exploring the most famous Dolomites. Make the backpack, I'll take care of the rest! We will take a walk through the pearls of the Dolomites, for an unforgettable experience! The Dolomites are the most beautiful mountains in the world, and the best way to explore them is to venture on foot through their trails. The car only allows you to see them from below, but walking through the white rocks, or reaching a panoramic peak is an experience you can't miss! Have you ever had the experience of walking in a forest at night? What may seem trivial in the dark during the day, get a magical atmosphere. The animals come out of their tanks, and the forest comes alive. The Dolomites are also called Pale Mountains, and when the moon lights up their rocks shine in the dark. We will make an easy snowshoe in the woods, admire the stars and the majestic Mount Pelmo. Get ready to experience special emotions! PROGRAM: Meeting at 5:30 pm at the parking lot for the refuge Città di Fiume Departure for hiking Forward return by 7:30 pm PHYSICAL EFFORT Easy hike on a trail. Distance 300 meters, length 6 km Snowshoeing included, transportation not included The hike will also take place in case of cloudy or snowy. It will be canceled in case of rain or strong wind.

We'll enjoy the organic oil with bread, local cheese called Monte Veronese, fresh and aged and local cured meats of Valpolicella, Soppressa. You could enjoy our marvellous terrace on the best view over Valpolicella Classica Area. Other things to note If you are not by car we can organize a pick up from downtown or I can send you all the details to catch a bus (very easy-going, 30 minutes long with no changes)

The guests can try the ride on wakeboard in a safe system, the time of the experience is 15 minute per person. Before starting I show you a fast lesson to know how handle the cable, use the board and hot to reach the skills on water. When is your time to enter in the water you can get your safe jacket, your helmet, water suit and the board. The experience is recommended also for children where they can slide on the water on their knee or lying on a floating board. Other things to note It's required an enough experience with the water. Avoid to eat before entering in the water. The children under 18 y.o. must be accompanied from an adult. The experience takes 10 minutes in the water plus 5 minutes of lesson before starting.

La vostra esperienza inizia dal cancello della nostra proprietà, dove tramite una strada di ghiaia, sarete sin da subito immersi tra i vigneti. Arrivati a Corte Odorico, sarete accolti da un membro della nostra famiglia e dai nostri cani, che con le loro code e richieste di coccole rappresentato il più caldo comitato di benvenuto. Da qui, cammineremo insieme tra i vigneti, dove vi racconteremo delle tecniche di coltivazione e vendemmia della Valpolicella Classica, tutte rigorosamente eseguite a mano. A seguire vi spiegheremo le nostre tecniche di vinificazione, e vi mostreremo le zone di appassimento delle uve, e quella di affinamento dei nostri vini Ripasso e Amarone. Assieme, andremo poi nella zona del vigneto che abbiamo allestito appositamente per voi: un tavolo imbandito di prodotti locali, ed un assaggio dei nostri vini, ed una coperta da picnic con dei comodi cuscini, per rilassarvi in mezzo alla natura e alle nostre vigne. Nel picnic troverete un tagliere di formaggi e salumi, un cestino di frutta, pane fresco, ed un tiramisù. Questi saranno accompagnati dai calici di due dei vini di nostra produzione, che vi saranno introdotti e spiegati proprio come in una degustazione. Potrete poi rilassarvi nella pace dei nostri vigneti, accompagnati da buon cibo e il buon vino della Valpolicella Classica.
