We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. We are located on a quiet, private drive just 5 minutes from downtown Boone and Appalachian State University. This is a cozy downstairs apartment with a beautiful window in the living room/hang out area to look out and enjoy the view. There is also a desk workspace for any traveling workers! We are close to local eateries, breweries, shopping and adventure! We are also just a short drive to all three ski resorts as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are a family of two plus our friendly dog!
