It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

This beautiful guest suite has abundant of natural sunlight. Ideally located for easy access to all areas of Los Angeles; 15 min drive to DTLA, 30 min LAX with light traffic. Walking distance to restaurants; (Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Starbucks, etc), the Montebello Golf Course, TOPGOLF & Country Club. Situated in a nice, quiet and safe Neighborhood. As featured in the pictures, the room comes with one queen sized bed, one full sized bed, and a full size Sofa-bed. There is No TV in the room.

Bedroom with queen bed and new mattress, closet and small private bathroom. Motion dusk to dawn lights for safety and 24-hour access via a keypad with security code. The house is a 3-minute walk to the Metro Gold Line/Maravilla Station, the 710 and 10 fwys are very close, and DTLA is only 6-miles away.

Our comfy studio guesthouse is nestled under a beautiful oak tree. Walking distance to Pasadena's vibrant, bustling Playhouse District. Free WiFi, TV (Prime and Netflix), and convenient on-site parking. Enjoy the shared patio with sofas. We have a microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, tea kettle, countertop burners, toaster oven, and fridge. However, we had to remove the kitchen sink, so we provide both hard dishes and disposable dishes, in case you don't want to have to wash them in the bathroom.

Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. Units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. If you need separate rooms, both are available for rent. Both have same structure. Smoking of marijuana/any drugs is strictly prohibited! There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking/drug use on the premise. Late check out is $50 for every 5 minutes past the check out time of 11AM.
