Close to everything in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation. Nice little accommodation with most things needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment has a hall with wardrobes, living room and sleeping alcove. Kitchenette with hob oven and fridge/freezer. Private bathroom with Shower toilet and bathtub. Just a stone's throw from the city center, only a few minutes walk to Central Station and the city's entertainment and shopping. Perfect if you value the proximity to the city center but at the same time want a quiet and tranquil accommodation.

Farmhouse with access to a beach and a sauna.

Farmhouse of 30 square meters right by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. The guest has the whole house at their disposal. The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 WC. Wifi is available. On the farm there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Here you live calmly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Entire house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super-fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed available in the form of a nice slept mattress to lay on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also houses a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full size beds 80x200cm and an extra bed spring mattress 80x200cm, with mattress topper.

Hi, we're a family renting out a farm/ tiny house at Sofiehem. Proximity to the river, hospital and university campus. The house is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft and terrace. The location is cozy, calm and quiet. Large terrace with patio furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue. Green and lush garden. If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. Close to the airport and bus stop.

A centrally located room with a private entrance and toilet. In the apartment there is a 140cm wide bed. A spacious closet, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Walking distance into the city center, grocery stores, public transport and a stone's throw from the river and our amazing boardwalk that can lead to the city or nature and rapids. Cozy apartment in quiet neighborhood.

We have tried to create a space where you should feel at home! Thanks to generous areas and amenities like washing machine, dishwasher and AC, it also allows you to stay for longer periods of time. The apartment consists of the entire upper floor of our villa. Enjoy a nice night's sleep in your own upstairs apartment in this quiet villa area! With the bus around the corner, you can quickly get to town or the university.
