Cozy home with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace on the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Way of St. James, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You have the entire upper part of the house to yourself! The apartment is not lockable because of the emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not well suited for allergy sufferers, with physical restriction and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Hiking trails are available right in front of the house Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage ensure relaxation & coziness. In summer, the swimming lake with beach invites you to swim & water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'To the beautiful view' can be reached in two minutes (100m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

In dem 60 qm großen Appartement mit eigenem Eingang findest Du alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. 1 Doppelbett + 1 Schlafsofa- Platz für max. 4 Personen - Parkplatz vorm Haus In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß schon im Wald, auf dem 588 Meter hohen Michelsberg und kann in alle Richtungen wandern. Mit dem Auto ist man in einer guten halben Stunde am Nürburgring, an der Ahr, am Ruhrsee oder im Phantasialand Brühl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 km Entfernung. Hunde nach Absprache willkommen.

Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. You can feel completely comfortable in this apartment with your own entrance. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of mud brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the fallow deer enclosure of the neighbor. Our house (historical, renovated half-timbered house) is located near (approx. 9km) from Bad Münstereifel, where there is a large swimming area in addition to the outlet. Our accommodation is good for couples, families with children and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome. Directly behind the house you are ideal in the countryside, ideal for hiking and walking. The house also has a small garden for sunbathing and barbecuing. The bedrooms and bathrooms can only be reached via stairs.

Unique apartment with antique quarry wall and truss! Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-living room with fireplace. A nice private seating area with barbecue is located in the enclosed courtyard. For a dog we charge a one-time fee of €30,-, for each additional 15,-€ , will be paid on site. Internet via fiber optic.
