One of the best ocean and mountain views in Playas del Coco, if not the best! Perfect for couples or families. Great for remote workers. Fully equipped house, located at the top of a mountain inside a gated community, 10 minute walk to the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants and stores nearby. Short drive from Liberia Airport (20 min). Enjoy a concert of birds and monkeys every dusk and dawn, spectacular sunsets views of Playas del Coco. Close to nature, but not far away from commodities!

Nice, clean, secured, peaceful, spacious and comfortable Studio with private entrance for 2 persons in a beautiful house located in prestigious Pacifico gated community in Playas del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Pacifico is a beautiful high-end community. El Coco is a beach town located 20 min. from Liberia Int'l airport (LIR). We're near beaches, volcanos, waterfalls, adventure parks, nature and forest. We recommend having a car/golf car to get around! The Studio is 1.3 miles to Beach.

Located right on the beach (30 ft), this three bedroom apartment is brand new, with a large pool and outdoor terrace. The apartment is very spacious (2600 sq/ft) with lots of natural light, a large kitchen and a breathtaking ocean view. One of the only beachfront properties in the area, steps from the ocean, really one of a kind! The apartment is a few minutes drive to restaurants and shops and other nearby beaches as well as a short boat ride to the Papagayo Peninsula.
