Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. Bel appartement spacieux et bien équipé en 2ème étage dans un immeuble de charme d'inspiration Art Nouveau. Il se compose d'un salon/séjour avec cuisine équipée, une chambre et SDB. Il bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal dans le centre de Nice (à deux pas de la place Massena, de la coulée verte, du vieux Nice). Très bien desservi par les transports en commun (tram L1 et 2 et bus) et par les commerces (supérette en face, boulangerie, caviste...). L'adresse idéale pour des vacances réussies!

This appartment is located in the heart of Nice, just where the Old Town blends into the new city, close to The Museum of Modern Art (MAMAC) and the place Garibaldi. The flat overlooks a small square which gives the flat lots of sun and light. In the old town you can enjoy living like the locals, and by the entrance door you will find Cave de la Tour, famous by the locals, where you can have a refreshing glass of wine. Studio with mezzanine very well equipped dishwasher coffee machine toaster air conditioning wifi free.Situated in a pedestrian street 2 steps from the sea it is on the second floor with elevator and has a balcony with table and chairs.Many restaurants nearby as well as the famous flower market. The shower room is equipped with a dryer of shower gel seviettes. The fridge has a bottle of rose de provence as a welcome gift. Two cups of coffee for the first morning.
