Only 3 min walk to beach, comfortable King bed, WiFi, filtered kitchen water and no traffic. One neighbor close on north and open desert and ocean from southwest to east, yet 10 mins to town with destination restaurants & shopping. Market, restaurants, laundry & sea-turtle release within walking distance, surfing a few miles, whale watching on the large front porch or rooftop!

This house is beautiful and is one of 4 casas on the ranch! It's got so many awesome details and is right by the swimming pool and tennis court. The master bedroom is upstairs, 4-post king bed, and downstairs is another king bed. We have the best WiFi in the whole town now. . Outside is dining that can seat six, a shower for washing sand, cozy chairs and built in sofa.
