Scenic winery house with tasting cellar & hottub

The well-equipped house is ideal for 4 people, its own wine cellar can accommodate six people, and the cool cellar has great wines to relax in. The building is under monumental protection and has been extensively renovated. The house is located along the Hamvas Béla Wine Route on the Monument cellar. Lake Balaton is just 10 minutes away by bike. It's surrounded by a large terrace, a magnificent view of the lugas, and a vibrant vineyard garden. In the mornings, in the endless silence, the cornfield across the street is delighted by the deer and rabbits.

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

I rent in our holiday home "Urlaubstraum" in Balatonbereny on the southwestern lake, 15 km from Keszthely, an approx. 100 sqm ground floor apartment with covered terrace all year round, as it is also heatable for 4-5 people , with pool, air conditioning, 600 m lake, sauna in the garden, trampoline, sun loungers, children's swing, parking on the property, Wi-Fi,TV. Bathroom with tub and shower plus guest toilet. As I said, it's a separate ground floor of a house with two apartments

600 m from the next beach at lake Balaton, close to Aldi, McDonald's. Ideal location for travellers by car, bus or train. Car Park available in front of the house, bus stop 100m,railway station 500m. Nice area with lot of museums in Keszthely, Festetics palace, Balaton Museum, beautiful beaches, forest and mountains for hikers. Running circle by the side of the building . Hévíz thermal lake 6km.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is a modern heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September.
