The well-equipped house is ideal for 4 people, its own wine cellar can accommodate six people, and the cool cellar has great wines to relax in. The building is under monumental protection and has been extensively renovated. The house is located along the Hamvas Béla Wine Route on the Monument cellar. Lake Balaton is just 10 minutes away by bike. It's surrounded by a large terrace, a magnificent view of the lugas, and a vibrant vineyard garden. In the mornings, in the endless silence, the cornfield across the street is delighted by the deer and rabbits.

The estate. Second home in the middle of the village and the forest

In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, we have a cozy little estate bordered by forest and stream. Large common area downstairs, 4 bedrooms up, fireplace, garden, fire pit, covered pergola, smells and birdsong in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km. The village has a cafe, hole, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world) in 10 minutes, super restaurants, children's and adult activities, concerts, wineries, excursions.

"Home port" Family Apartment with playground

The village of Balatonederics is located in one of the most famous wine regions of Hungary, the Badacsony hills. The house has a big garden, and it offers up to four persons a comfortable recreation with: Fast internet connection (Wi-Fi), DVD player with DVD-s, Smart-TV with cable connection in each room, floor heating, dishwasher and a possibility to grill in the garden. Nice spacious and light vacation house ten walking minutes away from lake Balaton. Within the house, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and a spacious living room. There is a TV, a big cozy couch and an adjacent kitchen with a dining table. Outside, there is a nice roofed terrace. In the garden, there is also a barbecue with a wok.
