Very Secure and Comfortable One Bedroom Cottage

A sweet cottage in the safest and most prestigious neighborhood in the city. Located close to restaurants, museums, a Metro station (Piata Victoriei) and parks. One bedroom with a king-size bed (180-200cm), a living room with pull-out couch, full bathroom with walk-in shower, a kitchen with a clothes washer and dryer combo unit and a cooking-top. It is secured by a tall wall and 24/7 armed security on the street. Charming with exposed beams, brick wall, lighting and outdoor reading space.

Cozy villa on 2 floors, with its own salt water pool and heaters, pleasant for the body temperature. It's used between April and October). Convenient decking coverage in the pool area. Extensive patio with cherry trees, and a lovely grassy rug for walks. Barbecue available. The place is secluded, it is a forest around. The village has a shop for essentials. Kyustendil is about 12 km away. About 50 meters from the house there is a spring with lovely drinking water from the mountain.
