Holiday house close to beach, marina and nature

The house is located in Mårup on the North Island, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900m in the air line between both beach sides. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. Bed linen, one towel, and one bath towel per person are included. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, it starts right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. We have a specialty shop HARVEST that also has wine & coffee shop. The gallery is with the works of Pernille.

Unique opportunity to live directly on the pier and just 3 meters from the waterfront in the iconic Bjarke Ingels building on newly built Aarhus Ø. Wifi and private parking space included. In good weather, the harbor promenade is just outside well visited. Cozy and well utilized bathhouse with sleeping home. Fantastic, south facing, 180 degree panoramic views to water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its very best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Cozy apartment close to Ballen

Enjoy your stay on Samsø in quiet and rural surroundings close to the water. We rent out this lovely apartment on the 1st floor of our farmhouse. On the farm, the most delicious organic vegetables are grown that can be purchased at the stall and cooked in the kitchen. During the season, you are welcome to pick apples and figs, plums and berries from our garden. We live 1.5 km from Ballen filled with holiday atmosphere, good restaurants and not least lovely beach. The main town of Tranebjerg is 4km away where it is possible to shop.

Here you save a lot of money off-season by doing the full cleaning yourself (DKK 950) Fibernet and unique sea view on 2 levels out to Ballen Strand. You simply look directly into the sand from the living room's glass sections. Ungenic terraces both to the east and west with motorized awnings. You will have 2 full bathrooms, 3 separate bedrooms and large corner sofa bed in the living room. TV in kitchen and living room. Private parking (electric charger) and lockbox. All the beach park shared amenities and the island's best location!

Holmegaard - 1st floor south

Fantastically located farm apartment. At the top of a hill with amazing sea views is Holmegaard. The courtyard is divided into separate apartments, with shared kitchen and dining room. The apartment consists of bedroom, private living room and bathroom, as well as an awesome roof terrace. The farm has been refurbished, however, where the original farm feeling has been preserved. The farm sits on the outskirts of Ballen, 10 minutes walk from shops, restaurants, etc., but is still completely undisturbed for other neighbours.

Cozy guesthouse on the outskirts of Tranebjell

Come and visit our cozy annex, which is centrally located on the island. From here it is only a few kilometers to the beach as well as the charming marina in Ballen. In addition, the annex is a short walk from the main street of Tranebjell with various shopping, shopping and restaurants. The annex is 30 m2, with a well-equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom with shower and a large living room with dining area, sofa and double bed. The annex and terrace offer views of the fields, as well as a smaller view of the sea.

Enjoy the silence, wildlife, and beautiful scenery

We have a unique location all to ourselves and only 2km to Ballen and Tranebjerg. In 2022, the old potato room has made in 2022 a lovely 55m2 holiday apartment with a cozy living room , a few good rooms, spacious bathroom and a small tea kitchen for light cooking in the combi-oven or on the two induction squares, in addition it contains a small fridge without freezer The apartment has its own entrance, as well as a large outdoor area where you can enjoy both the sunrise and the evening sun☀️🌸👌

Samsø, holiday apartment on cozy country estate

Hallway with hooks Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Kitchen with stove, fridge and kettle, regular cookware. Underfloor heating in kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor there is a repos with a double bed and in the room/living room there are 2 single beds set up as a sofa. The apartment is for 2 people, but by arrangement there may be family with 2 children. The apartment is too small for 4 adults. We have guest folds, so it is possible to take Icelandic horses on holiday on Samsø.

Cosy cottage with lovely and private garden

Tag på ferie eller weekendtur på Samsø og bo i et charmerende hus fra 1877. Huset ligger i Ørby, beliggende på Sydøen tæt på smuk natur og et perfekt udgangspunkt for at udforske resten af øen. Til sommerhuset hører en stor have, hvor man helt uforstyrret kan nyde hele året. På koldere dage og aftener kan man stadig nyde haven fra en hyggelig pavillon. Hunde meget velkomne hos os da vi også selv sætter pris på at rejse med hund, bare husk og giv os besked når du booker.

Bright and cozy townhouse. With an unoccupied garden right in the middle of the island - perfect for cycling holidays. All the glories of the island are within reach. The house is on three floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, toilet and two living rooms, one of which has access to the garden. The first floor has two double bedrooms. In the old laundry cellar you will find a functional shower with plenty of room.
