The place is 171 sqm and has several zones that provide very nice logistics and flexibility regardless of how many you are. The area can offer great sea and hiking areas to forest and mountains, as well as spectacular conditions for northern lights at the cabin. Walking distance to grocery store, beach/fishing, Sandsvannet, barbecue cabin, light trail and football field. Malangen Resort and dog sledding is a short drive about 7 min. Tromsø is about 1 hour by car.

Hytte på Ytre Tomasjord med fantastisk utsikt over Balsfjorden. Sitte i jacuzzien å nyte nordlyset eller ta badstu for så å avkjøle seg med et snøbad ! 55 km fra Tromsø sentrum! Cottage is 250 m from the main road so in winter times you need 4wd car for going there! Price pr night to hire the jacuzzie is 50 euro. price pr night for the sauna is 30 euro. Offer this season a rent car SUV with 4wd; Range Rover Sport for 160 euro pr day.
