Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

Right out the back door is a private 10 acre lake stocked with bass for catch and release fishing. We have recently added a new 6 ac. lake, which is also loaded with bass. If you like to hike, you will find plenty of space for exploring. There is abundant wildlife including: whitetail and axis deer, bison, turkey, ducks and a variety of birds.

You’ll love my place because of privacy, coziness, surrounding nature, great front deck, full kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). There is a 4 ft high fenced yard for your dogs so jumpers will be need to be restrained, and leashed whenever not inside or in yard.
