The apartment is self contained and situated at the rear of our property, completely separate from our house. THERE IS NO OFF STREET PARKING AVAILABLE. Our house is opposite Seaford beach. A private entrance takes you into our yard and the apartment is up a ramp. We supply a continental breakfast for your first day. There are several dining options close by. We will greet our guests, help you with any questions etc then we will leave you to enjoy your time here at The Grove undisturbed.

Tranquil retreat and apartment in Mount Eliza.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

The apartment is situated on a private Lake. You have access to the beach and lake and can also go for a swim. Great Pub and many other restaurants and lots off takeaways in walking distance. (5 – 10 minutes) Many shops just around the corner. Bus-station 2 minutes. Closest Train station is around 20 minutes walking distance in Carrum. Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.
