A cozy newly renovated apartment in a calm green area in the outskirts of Sofia. This is a fully furnished family home we rent out when we are not at home (fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, king size bed bedroom and spacious living room with a desk, sofa and untrafast wifi). The apartment is located in a residential building on the 6th floor and has an open terrace with a view over the surrounding area and Vitosha mountain. Free parking on premise, 1 mins walk to busstop and 15mins to subway.

Set conveniently between the airport and the city center this is a very quiet location, suitable for both family and business travelers. The artistic design will make you feel at home and help you relax after the busy day. If you feel like shopping, have in mind that "Serdika" mall is within a walking distance. Besides hosting activities our apartment is a preferred spot for advertisement and movie shootings.

The apartment is in Comfortable and Modern Style with one bedroom and a living room with a kitchen and a balcony. Right next to fitness centre Pulse with SPA with swimming pool! Tennis court near by. There is also a Car wash and Free Car Parking. In the building we have two salons with hair dresser, manicure and cosmetic procedures. Big shop Kaufland - 3 min walk. I want to remind you to see on the map that the location is Not in the centre of the city. It’s 20 mins with a car to the centre.

Beautiful, bright and airy apartment located in front of South Park in the Lozenetz district of Sofia with a beautiful view to the park and Vitosha mountain. Located 500 meters from the U.S. Embassy, a five minute walk from the shops and restaurants of James Boucher Street and 10 minutes by car from downtown Sofia.
