Ideal for couples or family holidays, located in a quiet area in the historic center of Banyuls 230 m (3 minutes walk) from the beach and shops. The SNCF station is 450 m (6 minutes walk).

Characterful apartment of 60 m2 facing the sea, with veranda, magnificent view!!! My apartment is in Old Banyuls: Cap d 'Oune. It's a really charming area, with its beautiful alleys. The apartment is very close to the beach, with access via a tunnel, without having to cross the road! And it is close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakery, fishmonger, cellars, pharmacy, doctors...) and activities.
