You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a bench and table for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

The apartment at Panorama is quiet, spacious and light overlooking the river from the ridge. Only 10 minute's drive from Barnstaple and 20 from Ilfracombe, with beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough, too. The apartment is a mile from the Tarka Trail (the most popular cycle route in the country). It is set in lovely grounds with a private balcony and a comfortable living area (sofa, armchairs and a large TV). The kitchen and dining area has an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher.

This is a self contained cheerful spacious top floor. There are 2 bedrooms plus a large living area with dining table and sofas. The area sleeps 4 (plus 2 on request on sofa bed). The space is a no converted loft of detached bungalow, set back from a peaceful Cul de Sac, a few miles from the beautiful local beaches and a short walk/drive to the village of Braunton. "The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a std double bed, 2 seater sofa, a dining area and small yet well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. All crockery, pans and cutlery provided. Use of private garden and hot tub at extra cost.

We are less than 5 minutes drive/cycle from Barnstaple town centre and only 2 minutes from the A361 (North Devon Link Road), with easy access from the M5. There are cycle and footpaths at the end of the road giving off road access to the Tarka Trail.
