We can describe that this is the perfect beach house, facing the very calm sea in the morning, on a beach that is practically deserted, large and integrated common spaces, swimming pool, garage for up to 5 cars, 3 bedrooms with a balcony to the sea. Come and enjoy this beautiful apartment and sleep to the sound of the waves of the sea. It is next to the central square, close to everything and super cozy. The apartment has an automation system integrated with Alexa (Climate, TV, Sound and lighting ) and has a wonderful view. *Parking included at 50mtrs.
