The apartment has been awarded for its decoration and great use of spaces by several prestigious decoration magazines nationally and internationally. With its spacious design and comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere, this 40m² apartment in the centre of San Sebastian is ideal for families, professionals and couples looking for a relaxed base to get to know and enjoy the city. Located on the first floor of a romantic building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the attractions of the city are just a few steps from the apartment: The cathedral of the Good Shepherd, Loyola Street and its shops, the San Martin shopping center, the beach of La Concha, the Old Part, the mole/metro station... All that San Sebastian offers in a 5-minute walk. Completely renovated in 2018, the apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed and a modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, hob, washer and dryer, iron, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Available high chair and baby cot. The apartment has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/ heating. The apartment is fully equipped with bed linen, towels and hairdryer, TV and, of course, WIFI High Speed Internet. The apartment is so well located that we can walk to any interesting point in the city. The car is not necessary, except if you are interested in excursions in the surroundings (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). Public parking is available 24 hours a minute at the driver's expense. OLD TOWN FLOOR, CENTRALLY LOCATED, ELEVATOR, WIFI

The apartment is located on Tendería Street (Dendarikale), in the Old Town of Bilbao, the oldest and most emblematic neighborhood of the city. From the viewpoint or the balcony you can see to the right the Cathedral of Santiago, and to the left the La Ribera Market. The location is privileged: a few meters from the floor you can take the tram, metro or train, and move around Bilbao and its surroundings. And if you stay for the helmet, you can enjoy its lively streets full of shops, bars and restaurants.

Ubicado en el antiguo, hay alrededor todo tipo de comercios, bares(pintxos) y restaurantes. 1 habituación con cama de matrimonio, una cama de 90cm en el salón y baño. Genuine and confortable apartment located in a pedestrian street in the hearth of San Sebastian. 2 minutes walk to Concha beach, and old town. It has the best location to visit the city (please check guests reviews: 4,99/5). Large living room with a lot of natural light and high ceilings. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom recently renewed. Optional parking in underground car parking (100 meters from the apartment away). If interested on the parking, please ask for it before arrival.

Apartment located in historic farmhouse in the Oiartzun Valley on the banks of the river of the same name, a quiet place. The location allows you to visit the surrounding coastal villages, hiking, runnig, along the 20Km Arditurri route which passes by the house, shopping centers (8 min drive), restaurants a few meters away, next to a playground and very close to San Sebastian (20 min drive). There is no public transportation in this area It is advisable to come by car.
