Enjoy an atypical and cozy 50m2 accommodation in a charming little village located 30 minutes from Annecy, Aix-les-Bains and 45 minutes from the center of Geneva. Bright apartment on 3 floors with all the comforts you need. The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a 120cm click-clack. A spacious bathroom with corner bath and shower + independent toilet are on the 1st floor. We access the kitchen/dining room on the 2nd by a "boat" staircase. The bedroom is under the rooftops on the 3rd.

Les Acacias, cottage** * is located 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from the Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from the Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of the mountain, in a green setting and close to the hiking trails. The newly renovated 40 m2 apartment with eco-friendly materials is very pleasant and tastefully decorated. This home has a decidedly unique style.It is a charming stone house.It is composed of a kitchen , a dining room bathed in light.A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving wc,sdb and a sleeping area with a bed of 160.Another staircase takes you into the living room equipped with a convertible sofa (top of the range )and TV.A last staircase leads you to a cute attic room composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (we can bring the beds together in queen size)
