Wonderful Apartment with private yard next to MSU

Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Cozy house near MSU

This cozy little house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but is close to everything! Downtown Lansing, the airport, MSU, shopping centers and lots of restaurants are only a couple minutes away. There are two bedrooms upstairs along with a pull out couch. An additional bedroom is downstairs with an egress window. Two full bathrooms on the main floor. A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there.

Cute basement apartment; walk to MSU & Frandor

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
