The front terrace is a great place to have a picnic on the chilly days or fish from the private dock or kayaks. Lots of property to roam & play some outdoor games. Just a short walk to a public beach After a long day of playing on the Lake take a seat around the campfire to warm up and watch the sunset.

This home is set up like a duplex with owners occupying the top (we do have 3 young children) and guests having full, private access to the bottom half. Guests are given a private garage and back yard that includes free firewood. Private entry gives access to over 2,200 sq ft of private space that includes a semi-four seasons room with gas fireplace, laundry, and full kitchen.
