Located in a charming neighborhood with wonderful restaurants, right by the boulevard. The beach is in 2-3 minutes walking distance, 150 meters from the house, you can even breathe the salty air from the balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor of the historic building. It's a 40 square meter room with a high ceiling. The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine. You will have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a bike for cycling along the boulevard!

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the newly constructed building located 5 min. walk from the old boulward and beach. The apartment has been refurbished recently.
