You'll find it's been recently refurbished and is a very tidy self contained guest house with rural views from your back deck, the sea views can seen from the front of the units driveway. This 3 double bedroom home is tastefully furnished with quality fittings. Beach views from the main lounge and 3 separate decks. It is fully self-contained, modern and spacious. Only a 7 minute walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The home has a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

Welcome Aboard our self-contained unit for 4 people. Hosts live above. Plenty of parking for boat and 6 minutes to the sea, hook up a catch for the day. Come and relax in the bay, with lots to do and see, including the local trike tour rides for a different wave! If summer doesn't inspire a near clinical obsession with the water, then we don't know what does! Enjoy your visit & may all who enter as guests leave as friends. Tiroroa - Stunning Bay of Islands Home

Modern, well planned layout and the perfect get away. The house is family friendly or a chic getaway for either a couple or a group of friends. The views out over the water are simply gorgeous and a tranquil way to pass the day. The house is located 20 minutes from Russell township meaning easy access to shops, restaurants and tourist options but is also far away enough to be peaceful and quiet and some of the best night sky viewing around.

Ferry Landing

Watch the harbour activities and ever changing vista from the deck of our clean and comfortable home. We are situated just above the car ferry on the Russell side of the Opua harbour. The ferry cost is $17 per car & runs a continual service. Or you can walk on for just $2 per person. Please note that although you have sole occupancy of the house, the property has another cottage & resident in it. The driveway is also shared.
