The Boat Shed, a lakefront self-contained studio accommodation, has a vaulted beamed ceiling, a living area, a built-in corner queen bed and a tiled ensuite. The accommodation opens onto a private deck and patio facing the lake. It is a self-contained unit with a microwave, fridge, toaster and electric jug. A great little getaway just for you.

You have reserved a room in a beautifully decorated private house, (you have not booked the whole house). Wide sweeping views of lake Taupo from elevated decks, also protected on 2 sides by amazing gardens. Free Wifi and also Netflix and SKY TV in the lounge. A short 3 minute walk takes you to Acacia bay beach where you can swim or take a kayak to the famous Maori carvings. Taupo town is just a 4 to 5 minute drive. A Continental Breakfast available each morning overlooking the lake.
