Completely renovated with modern kitchen fully equipped, TV, unlimited WI-FI , bed of 150x190, sofa-bed of 140x190. Wonderful sunny terrace and beautiful pools. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, rent a car, discos... are at only 30/200 meters of the complex. Reception 24h and tennis. Very good location for unforgettable holidays!

Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities , fifty meters from the beach. You don't need to rent a car as you can easily reach everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hair dryer . From April 25, 2025 until June 2025 there will be elevator replacement work. ( the apartment is on the second floor) . I apologize for the inconvenience.

Very rare: apartment with direct access to the beach, parking space, 3 rooms, 70 m², seawater pool, large terrace overlooking the sea in a small one-story residence quiet and secure. The sand beach is very clean and equipped with showers. It has been renovated in 2022 and is very equipped: washing machine for laundry, dishes and an oven. It is extremely well located between Los Christianos and Las Americas with food shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
