An 8 minute walk to the stunning beaches and rock pools of West Runton, our renovated barn (April 2022) has everything you could need for a break by the coast. The master bedroom, overlooking the south facing, sunny garden, features an en suite with underfloor heating and large waterfall shower. Upstairs, a mezzanine area has been created with children in mind, a perfect place to chill out after a day at the beach. With parking for at least 2 cars, Sheringham and Cromer are a short drive away.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway for two, our newly guest space is for you. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, the Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.
