Fully equipped studio with use of swimming pool, fantastic Mountain View’s and beautiful sunsets. Relax on your private, spacious decked terrace. the backyard house is the result of a dream. Located by the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is an immense dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. Private terrace overlooking a leafy margin overlooking the river. The solarium with clothesline above the house, the patio, the pool and barbecue, you will eventually share them with me.

Our apartment has a unique view of the Costa Brava and is only a 10-minute walk from the picturesque village of Begur. All top beaches and coves can be reached in a maximum of 10-20 minutes by car. The duplex apartment has a big terrace and another balcony, was renovated in 2021 and is well equipped. The large swimming pool is nestled in a well-kept quiet garden with sea views. Private off-street parking is by the house. Fiber optic WiFi !
