Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. Escape to this studio apartment tucked away on an historic estate, once home to Joe Kennedy. Secluded from the main house by a tall hedge of bougainvillea, the studio apartment is completely private. An open-plan living area opens to a private backyard patio. The apartment is simple, functional and comfortable, but not luxurious. The neighborhood is tranquil and safe. Within an easy walk to downtown BH. During the summer months, guests have the use of a salt water pool 10 am — 6 pm. EV charger.

We would like to offer people from all over the world visiting Los Angeles a place to relax after intense sightseeing tours or after a long work day. We created a little suite that has a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with amazing views of the valley hills and the city right by the pool. Just have a glass of wine at the end of our back yard on top of the hill and watch the moon and stars, do a few laps in the pool, or just watch a movie in your own living room.
