Spacious and quiet

Spacious and quiet house with 2 adult residents and a small dog (5kg). The room is private, with a widow's bed and study table. The street is quiet and calm. It is very close by: pharmacy, 24-hour bank, bakery, mall and supermarket. I enjoy a good conversation and cooking. I am willing to arrange transportation and tour of the city for values to be combined. It's in Pampulha, not central. There's a bus stop around the corner. The house is close to UFMG (Campus), UniFenas and Lagoa da Pampulha.

Padre Eustáquio neighborhood's antique semi-detached house. Independent entrance with camera, garage up to two cars (one place stuck). Door with original glass windows, fluted glass window for private winter area from the living room. Large rooms, home to more people with inflatable mattresses. Laundry with Brastemp machine at your disposal. Modest kitchen, but with gourmets: crystal bowls, tulips, cloth napkins, etc. A block of bakery, pharmacies, bars and street with wide commerce.
