Comfortable two bedroom corner apartment located on the beach front promenade. Fantastic location. Incredible views of the sea, beach and promenade. The beach is at only 10 meters away. Just cross the promenade to get there. The apartment has been renovated with high quality materials. With air conditioning and heat pump, automatic awnings, Wi-Fi (600Mb) and satellite TV (ITV, CHANEL 4). All windows have curtains for more privacy. Beautiful apartment next to the beaches

Luxurious apartment ideal for remote work and/or long stay holidays. 2 minutes from Levante,Poniente and Mal Pas beaches,with immediate access to the best shops and supermarkets. It is a quiet two-story building, in an area recognized for having the best restaurants and tapas bars, next to the castle and the port . Although it does not have a parking space, there are several free and paid public spaces within 3-11 minutes ,one of them in La Aigüera and in the Municipal Market.
