The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. It has 2 bedrooms, each one with a double bed, 2 complete bathrooms, and one service bathroom. 2 independent kitchens with all the necessary utensils, 2 living rooms with a double sofa bed, one with a fireplace and 2 terraces, one of them with a barbecue. Near from the apartment is full of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, etc. We appreciate puntuability and respect to our rules , smoking is not allowed.
